"Stress Management through Self Hypnosis" is a 1 - 4 hour presentation/workshop, depending on the time slot available and the desired depth of the presentation.
An all day version is available where people have an opportunity to begin experiencially dealing with interpersonal stresses with some group hypnotherapy procedures, as well as training.
A 2-4 day group Hypnotherapy program "Deal with the Stress of Life - Past and Present" option is also available where full Sequencial Hypnotherapy procedures are employed for maximun reuslts in the minimum amount of time. An ideal group setting for this type of "Do the Work" Hypnotherapy workshop should be no more than 18-20 people for the 2 day event and no more than 40 for the 4 day event, to allow for more individual time and one on one interaction.
