We wish to express to you our testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ. We know He is God’s Son and that He came to earth to make it possible for us all to live with Our Father in Heaven again one day. We know that the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is contained in the Bible and the Book of Mormon. Each book testifies of the Divinity of Jesus Christ, and tells of His missions and ministry, both in Jerusalem during mortality, and the Americas after His resurrection.
We want you to know that there are living Prophets and Apostles on the earth today. We share with you that Jesus Christ has restored his church in it’s fullness with every priesthood office, every spiritual gift, and every ordinance of salvation, the same as in the original gospel dispensation when Jesus walked the earth personally. He has once again in our time established His church in every detail. It is: “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints”.
We invite you to come to know this for yourself, by reading the Book of Mormon and praying to our Father in Heaven in the name of Jesus Christ, asking Him yourself, the questions of your heart. We bear testimony that God will answer your prayers, as He has ours, as you read, ponder, and pray, about the messages and stories contained in The Book of Mormon. You will find an increase to your soul of the same Spirit of Peace and Comfort as when you read, ponder and pray about the messages and stories of the Bible.
This is so, because the Book of Mormon gives additional Gospel light and truth, coming form prophets on different continents at different times. The two books combine and correlate, as second witness’s of each other, testifying that Jesus is indeed the very Son of God, the Only Way to obtain Peace in this life, and Eternal Life in the world to come. May God bless you to experience this increase of His
Spirit of Peace, and feel of His love for you, as you come to know the truth of these things for yourself.We bear our witness to you of these things, in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
